In order to get the benefits we know that Mindfulness needs to be practiced regularly. We also know that people achieve more when in a group where they can motivate and support each other.
In the process of participating in the group you will go on a journey whereby you will be given the opportunity to practice a set of skills with a group on a daily basis that will help you transform your emotional state.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Online Community
Aims: This community is aimed at those who have already completed a Mindfulness Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Mindfulness can be difficult but what we know is that in order to gain the benefits it needs to be practiced regularly, even if only a few minutes a day. We also know that many people find online a lonely experience. We also know that participants perform well, when placed in groups. You will be placed in a group of participants who just like you have decided to engage in a daily mindfulness practice.
Aims: This community is aimed at primary school teachers who wish to improve their Mindfulness Skills. It is really only in embodying Mindfulness can we impart it to younger children. This community is composed of other Primary school teachers thereby giving you all the chance to share ideas and techniques that have worked for you in your classroom.
