The 21 day Free Meditation Challenge

10 Minutes a day to better Wellbeing

We invitie you to the 21 day Mindfulness challenge. This challenge requires that
you engage in a meditation for only 10 minutes for each of the 21 days.

The meditation can be listened to on your phone.

After each meditation, you send an email to to record your experience after completing a meditation. After the 21 days, you will be sent one email that contains all of your 21 responses, so that you can keep a record of your progress.
