The 21 day Free Meditation Challenge
10 Minutes a day to better Wellbeing
We invitie you to the 21 day Mindfulness challenge. This challenge requires that
you engage in a meditation for only 10 minutes for each of the 21 days.
The meditation can be listened to on your phone.
After each meditation, you send an email to bodyscan21@canadianmindfulnessinstitute.com to record your experience after completing a meditation. After the 21 days, you will be sent one email that contains all of your 21 responses, so that you can keep a record of your progress.
